Centre Coaching

The Ridgewood Little Athletics Centre is committed to supporting the development of all Centre Athletes.

Ridgewood LAC offers Centre Training sessions on the below days between 5pm and 6pm at Ridgewood Oval for athletes in U11-U17 age groups unless otherwise stated.

Athletes attending these training sessions should be aware that these are 'Advanced' technical training sessions and commitment to full participation during these sessions is expected from all athletes in attendance.

All parents must remain at Ridgewood Oval for the duration of the sessions. Parental assistance may be required at Field Event sites.
